Cancellation Policy

- 24hrs before production you will be charged the full production amount - If payment isn’t complete Day of production, deliverables will not be submitted (11:59 pm of production day deadline) - If I do not get confirmation or the agent doesn’t show up on the day of production, then the order will be canceled - If the agent doesn’t accept the invitation, production will not occur - Client can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours of production time. - If the client reschedules or cancels within 24 hours of production, they will be charged a fee
